For the Heartbroken

We are surrounded with people who are really depressed and the reason for their depression is break-up or a fight with someone or the other.
We won't talk about "the sad part" because we are here to talk about only "good things in life" :p

So, today I will discuss how to get rid of that bad sad feeling.

1) Concentrate on yourself : It is extremely important to concentrate on yourself. Well, I'll not call it selfishness but, it's a necessity in today's time. People come to say something or do something which affect our life. You must decide and think about your OWN LIFE. 

2) You are not the chosen one : When we are depressed and everything looks so blue. We think we are the only one who are going through this tough time and everybody else is enjoying their life. God isn't listening to us! This is all crap. GROW UP

3) Open your heart : I have seen many people who keep themselves isolated when they are in a bad mood! This is NO solution. You need to talk to a person you trust the most..you need to open your heart out and trust me it's the best thing to do.

4) Do what you like : To get out of this phase,you must do what you like! Many of us like listening to music,playing an instrument,painting,browsing,eating(bwahahahaha),etc. Practice what you like..improve your personality.

5) This is not the end : Stop thinking that it is the END. Nobody's gonna die. Be practical and start grabbing all those happy moments that you have missed. :)
