1. Prepare the Night before.
Your morning will be less stressful if you are well prepared for it. You can complete little tasks like ironing the clothes, Doing laundry and keeping all important documents in your bag.
2. TO-DO List
To-Do list is my favorite technique to keep the stress away the next morning. You must write down in a diary what all tasks are needed to be performed the next day. I have notepad application in my mobile and that is very handy. You don't have to search for pen and paper.
3. Take a Nice Nap
To feel refreshed in the morning we need to re-energize ourselves. Taking an 8 hours sleep is strictly advisable. We go through so much stress all day long and giving our mind a break is essential.
4. Read
Reading relaxes the mind and reading positive information makes the day positive. Those who like to read can try reading Author Robin Sharma Books. His books are amazing. And those who have no passion for reading I would suggest them to see beautiful pictures on like their favorite animal or nature.
5. Eat Breakfast
Eating breakfast is a healthy habit. It keeps you energized all day long. Prepare something you like and you can get recipes from Google and how to on you tube. Make easy 15 Minute breakfast and you are good to go.
