Home remedies for Stress



Today's topic of discussion is very familiar to everyone and that is STRESS.
Well we all live in a face paced life and don't want to miss a single moment of enjoyment and success. To be on the top keep all of us stressed. Many of my readers would think that - Ahh what is she talking about I am not at all stressed I enjoy my life. 

Stress can happen to anybody at any time and any place. If you are continuously taking tension for completing your projects, pass the examination, start a new business venture, etc. There are unlimited reasons for it.


So this was about stress lets now talk about some home remedies for stress.


  • Add 1/3 cup ginger and 1/3 cup baking soda to a hot bath for relaxation.
  • Rub little brahmil oil or castor oil on the soles of your feet at bedtime
  • Drink tea made from sage leaves sweetened with honey. 
  • Chew 10-12 leaves of basil(tulsi) leaves twice a day.
