1) Lead to heart burn problems.
2) High intake will release stress hormones.
3) Makes it difficult to relax.
4) You cannot control thy mood.
Coffee addicts may not like this post much because they become very protective about their coffee and would not like to hear about the negative aspects to it. But, it's really important to know what are you offering to your body.
TIPS TO AVOID:
1) Drink water whenever feeling thirsty. Water is a good source of minerals and work wonders for the body.
2) Take green tea in substitution of your coffee. I know it would be difficult to cut down coffee but, it's not impossible.
3) Fresh lime helps in cleansing the body and also makes your skin glow.
4) Start with cutting down the number of intakes.
5) Decide mentally that you can live without coffee it's not so difficult.
DO NOT drink coffee a day and note down the changes you see in your mood.
